In the version of the article initially published, the y-axis label in the right panel of Fig. 2 was incorrect and has been updated to read “Carbon footprint (kgCO2e per serving)”. The first two sentences in the caption to Fig. 2 have also been updated to “Impacts in the left panel are shown by food group. Right panel shows impacts per serving for a selection of the most-consumed vegetables in the countries studied”. These corrections have been made to the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
