Book Reviews
Our Book Reviews provide readers with a thorough insight into the latest books relevant to evidence-based dentistry. Most Book Reviews for Evidence-Based Dentistry are commissioned, although we do occasionally accept those submitted withour prior agreement.
Book Reviews should be approximately 400 words in length.
Structure
- Title of book
- Book details in the following format: [Author/Editor names]; [Publication year]; [Publisher]; [Price of book and format in brackets]; [Number of pages]; [ISBN number]*
- Your name and affiliation
- Main text of review
*Example: Editor: Jane Doe; 2024; Springer Cham; £90 (eBook); pp. 300; ISBN: 978-3-000-00000-1
You will also need to supply a high-resolution image of the book front cover at submission stage (upload as a 'Figure'). Should you require any assistance with this, please contact the editorial office at ebdmanuscripts@nature.com.
Mandatory Statements
All Book Reviews should contain the following section.
Ethics declarations: Authors must declare any competing financial and/or non-financial interests in relation to the work described. This information must be included at the submission stage and will be published as part of the paper. If the authors do not have any conflict of interest, then please write “The authors declare no conflict of interest.” See our Editorial policies for more information.
